THERAPIST, RALEIGH, N.C.
For over 30 years I have helped thousands of women like you find their voice and claim a life that feels good.
Earning a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and holding a license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I bring both training and experience to the consulting room. Although I don’t make it a practice to talk about myself I think it might be relevant for you to know a few basics. As a mother and a daughter, I have raised 2 girls to adulthood been married, divorced and am now happily remarried. I know first hand that no life is perfect but that the growth that comes from self-reflection can be incredibly satisfying and deeply rewarding.
As a therapist, I have seen what is truly helpful and what is merely a band-aid. At this stage in my career, I am only interested in conducting therapy that has the best chance of actually helping my clients. For me, that means going deep and getting to the heart of what matters rather than merely managing symptoms.
